Website maintenance that keeps the lights on (and the leads coming)
Our website maintenance tests every update on a staging copy before it touches your live site. Every change lands in a changelog you can read. Brand new site or an old faithful, a report arrives each month saying what we did and why.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
A short report says what was updated, what was changed at your request, and what we think needs attention next.

The long read
What website maintenance is really for.
Most care plans sell peace of mind and send an invoice. What your site needs is to keep working, with a record that proves it does.
01
An update is a small redesign nobody reviewed
A plugin update changes code on your live site. Usually that is harmless.
Sometimes it moves a button, breaks a form or changes how a page loads, and the first sign is a quiet week of enquiries. Nothing crashed. Nobody looked at the page afterwards.
Staging is the answer. The update runs on a copy, someone checks the pages that earn, and only then does it go live.

Illustrative: the shape an unmaintained site tends to take, not a measurement of yours. We count your own backlog in the audit.
02
The changelog is the thing you are paying for
When something on a site goes wrong, the first question is always the same. What changed?
Without a record, answering it takes hours of guessing. With one, it is a matter of looking it up.
So every change we make, large or small, lands in a changelog with the date, the reason and the way back.
a matter of looking it up
03
Small changes should not wait for a quote
A new price. A staff member who has left. A notice about holiday hours.
When each one needs a quote and a week, people stop asking, and the site drifts out of date one sentence at a time.
So small edits are part of the plan. You send the change, we make it on staging, check it, and it goes live with a line in the changelog.

What maintenance does not cover
Maintenance keeps the site you have working. It does not redesign it, rewrite it, or add features it was never built for.
When a request is really a project, we will say so and quote it separately. New pages, features and larger content changes are quoted as you need them. You only pay for work you ask for.
Security hardening and hosting are their own services, and they sit beside this one rather than inside it.

Your website talks to the software you already run.
We pick the platform that suits your business. Then we connect the
site to your booking system, your CRM and your ad accounts, so every
enquiry lands where your team already works.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got

Questions
What people ask before handing over the keys.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
It breaks on staging, where we catch it, so it never reaches your live site. If a fault does get through, the changelog shows exactly what changed and we roll it back while we fix the cause.
Which platforms do you maintain?
WordPress, Shopify and the custom sites we build ourselves, including brand new ones we have just launched. If yours runs on something else, we look at it first. Then we tell you straight whether we are the right people for it.
What does a maintenance plan cost?
A fixed monthly price, quoted after we audit the site. How many plugins it runs and how often your team needs changes matter more than its page count. There are no lock-in contracts, and 30 days' notice ends the plan.
What counts as a small change?
Anything that fits the site as it is built: text, images, prices, opening hours or a new team member. New pages, features and larger content changes are quoted as you need them. You only pay for work you ask for.
Do we have to use your hosting?
No. Maintenance works on the hosting you already have. If you would rather we ran the hosting too, that is our managed hosting service, and both fit together without overlap.
Can updates hurt our rankings?
They can if they slow the site or break a page nobody checks. That is why each update is tested on staging, and why the monthly report notes any change in speed or crawl errors.
How is this different from your security service?
Maintenance keeps the site current and working. Security keeps people out and gets you back quickly if they get in, with hardened accounts, tested restores and an incident plan. Many clients run both.
