Websites that help clients understand what to expect and book an appointment. Our allied health website design suits physio, speech pathology, psychology and OT practices, new or growing. We can connect booking to Cliniko, Halaxy or the system you run, and we write to the guidelines your profession works under.

What clients say about the build
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Regulation shapes these sites more than taste does. These are the rules we write to, and your practitioners stay responsible for their own advertising. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
01
Section 133 covers every page
Physiotherapists, psychologists and occupational therapists are regulated under the National Law, and section 133 limits how their services are advertised. That rules out testimonials about clinical care, misleading claims and inducements without clear terms.
02
Titles follow the public register
Protected titles and endorsements, such as clinical psychologist, have to match what the practitioner holds on the register. Every bio uses the title exactly as it appears there.
03
Speech pathology sits outside AHPRA
Speech pathology is self-regulated through Speech Pathology Australia, outside the National Law. The Australian Consumer Law still applies, so the same care with claims carries over.
04
Health details are sensitive information
The Privacy Act treats health information as sensitive. Booking and intake forms carry a collection notice, and no ad pixel sees them without express opt-in.

The long read
Clear information wins clients.
The advertising rules take the usual marketing tricks off the table. That turns out to be less of a problem than it sounds.
01
Take the testimonials out and see what's left
Many practice sites lean on patient quotes. Under the National Law, a testimonial about clinical care can't be used in advertising, and removing them often leaves a thin page.
The fix is better information.
Tell people who the practitioner is, what the first appointment involves, how long it runs, what it costs and what to bring. That's what someone deciding needs.
The fix is better information.
02
Every profession is searched for differently
A physiotherapy search is often a body part and a suburb. A speech pathology search is usually a child and an age.
Psychology searches carry questions about referrals and rebates. Occupational therapy searches often start from NDIS funding.
A single services page flattens all of that. We give each profession, and each group it sees, a page that answers its own questions.

Booking belongs on the page that explains it
If the first appointment can't be booked from the page that describes it, people ring. At 5 o'clock, often nobody answers.
We connect booking to the practice software you already run, and keep intake to what the first session needs.
Embedded bookings often show as Direct in analytics, so the ad or search gets no credit. We set up tracking that sends a booked or not-booked signal only, never health details.
“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got
awesome results with low lead costs.”

An NDIS provider website serves participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers. How to build one each of them can use, built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
AHPRA advertising guidelines cover every page of a clinic website. What section 133 means for your testimonials, claims, titles and reviews, in plain English.
WCAG 2.2 AA explained for small business: what the standard asks, the 6 new criteria since 2.1, what Australian law expects, and checks you can run yourself.
Questions
What practice owners ask before they start.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Not reviews that mention clinical care. On your own site, they become testimonials in your advertising, which section 133 rules out. We keep them off every page you control and don't quote or repost them. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
Do you set up online booking?
We connect booking tools like Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal and Splose to each appointment page, so the time slot sits beside the explanation. If your system has no online booking, we design around the booking tool you already use and keep the path short.
Who checks the copy against the advertising rules?
Our copywriters write every page to the guidelines and review it before handover. Your practitioners approve the final wording, because they carry the obligation. Anything uncertain goes to your own adviser. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
Do you build for practices that see NDIS participants?
Often. Many physio, OT and speech practices do both. NDIS-funded services get their own pages in plain English. The funding and referral questions are answered there, so nobody has to dig.
How much of our clinicians' time does this take?
A short interview per profession and a read of the draft pages. We do the writing and the structure, and your team checks that every word is accurate. Most practices fit it around a normal clinic week without cancelling anyone.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. After a free 15-minute call, we send a fixed quote with line items, based on your locations, professions and appointment types. You have the number before you commit. Hosting is monthly with no lock-in contract and 30 days' notice.
