What clients say about the build
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Health advertising in Australia is closely regulated, and every page on a practice site counts as advertising. These are the rules we write to, and your practitioners stay responsible for their advertising. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
01
Section 133 covers the whole site
The National Law restricts how health services are advertised. That means no testimonials about clinical care, no misleading or comparative claims, and no inducements without clear terms. Blogs, FAQs and bios count too.
02
Prescription medicines are not advertised
The Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code does not allow prescription medicines to be promoted to the public. Pages describe the consultation, never a medicine that might follow it.
03
Specialist means a registered specialist
Titles such as specialist and surgeon are restricted to practitioners with the matching registration. Every profile states the title as the public register shows it.
04
Health information is handled as sensitive
Booking forms collect health information, which the Privacy Act treats as sensitive. No Meta or Google Ads pixel runs without express opt-in, and tracking sends a booked or not-booked signal only.

The long read
What your practice website is for.
Many medical websites are built as brochures. Patients use them as a set of practical instructions.
01
Patients arrive with one question
Can I be seen, by whom, when, and for how much?
A home page built around a mission statement makes them hunt for that. A practice site built around the question answers it on the first screen.
The rest of the site is the detail behind that answer: each practitioner, each appointment type, each fee and each referral rule.

Factual doesn't have to mean flat
The advertising rules take out superlatives, comparisons and testimonials about care. Plenty of practices hear that as a recipe for a dull site.
That's a mistake. Photos of your actual rooms, practitioner profiles with proper detail, and fees laid out without a catch are what patients look for anyway.
A page can be calm, specific and useful at the same time. That's the tone the rules push you towards.
calm, specific and useful

Cosmetic work carries its own guidelines
Since July 2023, the Medical Board has had specific guidelines for advertising cosmetic surgery and procedures. They limit imagery and anything that plays on body image.
Pages for those services describe the consultation and the process, never the result.

“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got

Questions
What practice managers ask before a rebuild.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
Who checks the copy against the advertising rules?
Our copywriters write every page to the AHPRA advertising guidelines and review it before handover. Your practitioners approve the final wording, because they carry the obligation. Anything uncertain goes to your own adviser. Written to the guidelines by our copywriting team. Not legal advice.
Can a medical website rank without patient testimonials?
It can. Local search leans on location pages, practitioner pages, clear service information and your Google Business Profile. None of that needs a testimonial. We build each of those pieces to answer the searches patients make, and the site stays inside the advertising rules.
Can you build for a group with several locations?
Each location can have its own page with its own practitioners, hours, fees and Google profile. That way a search for one suburb lands on the right clinic, and patients don't book at the wrong address.
Does booking connect to our practice software?
Yes. We connect booking tools like HotDoc and HealthEngine to the pages patients book from. We also work with practice systems like Best Practice, Medical Director and Medirecords. If your system has no online booking, we design around the booking provider you already use.
Do you handle privacy and consent on forms?
Yes. Forms carry a collection notice, and tracking runs only with consent. No Meta or Google Ads pixel goes on health pages without express opt-in. We set out the privacy policy structure for your adviser to review and finalise.
How is a medical or dental website priced?
After a free 15-minute call, we send a fixed quote with line items, based on your locations, practitioners and appointment types. Our brand and website package starts from $6,100 + GST. Hosting is monthly with no lock-in contract and 30 days' notice.
