Conversion tracking that tells you which ad booked your last customer
Most sites count page views well and enquiries badly. Our conversion tracking is planned before launch and sent from the browser and the server, without counting anything twice. Consent is respected, and you get one report of where every enquiry came from.
“The entire process was seamless, easy, and incredibly user-friendly. They were patient and flexible with all the changes and back-and-forth... Most importantly, they absolutely nailed the brief.”
Your report of enquiries by source goes live. A check runs alongside it and tells you when an event stops arriving.

The long read
What your numbers are telling you (and what they're hiding).
Tracking breaks quietly. Here's how it usually goes wrong, and what a plan written before launch prevents.
01
The browser misses more than you think
Tracking that runs only in the browser misses every visitor whose blocker stops the tag. It also misses every thank-you page closed before it loads.
You end up with an undercount you can't see, and it makes some channels look worse than they are.
Sending the same event from the server fills that gap, and Meta's version of this is the Conversions API. It only works if both copies carry one ID, so the platform keeps one and drops the other.

Illustrative: the shape of the gap, not a measurement. The gap on your site depends on your audience, and we check it in the audit.
02
Counted twice is as wrong as missed
The usual fix for missing data creates a new problem. Add a server event without deduplication and every enquiry arrives twice.
Now the ad platform thinks your cost per lead has halved, and it spends to match.
Deduplication works by matching. Both events carry the same ID, and we test that each platform pairs them before launch.
every enquiry arrives twice
03
Consent belongs in the plan
A consent banner that loads after the tags is decoration. The tags have already fired before the visitor has answered.
Every tag in our plan waits for a choice and follows it. On healthcare and NDIS sites, no Meta, TikTok or Google Ads pixel loads without express opt-in, and ad platforms get a booked or not-booked signal only.
Some data goes missing by design. That's the right amount of data to have.
before the visitor has answered

Report the enquiries by source
Sessions, bounce rate and time on page describe activity. None of them tells you which channel paid for itself.
Our report shows enquiries by source, week by week, so a budget meeting can see which channels bring people who get in touch. On one client build it showed 187 enquiries from $1,124 of spend, or $6.01 each.
If an event stops arriving, the report says so within days. You won't find out at the end of the quarter.

“Up until working with Casey, we had only had poor to mediocre
experiences outsourcing work to agencies... instead of needing
babysitting like the other agencies we worked with, he was not only
completely dependable but also gave us sound
suggestions on how to get better results.”

“Since going with Casey and his team, we have had nothing but
wins! They are great communicators, but more importantly, have got

Questions
What people ask before they believe the numbers.
What you need to know before we start a conversation.
It's a short document listing every conversion. It says what each one is called, when it fires, what it carries and which platforms receive it. We write it before launch and keep it up to date after.
What is the Meta Conversions API, and do we need it?
The Meta Conversions API sends conversions from your server as well as the browser. It catches enquiries that ad blockers and closed tabs would hide. If you spend on Meta ads, you'll want it. We pair each server event with its browser copy by one event ID, so nothing counts twice.
Does this work with our consent banner?
Tags wait for the visitor's choice and follow it, and where a platform accepts consent signals we pass them on. If your banner doesn't work that way, fixing it is part of the scope. On health and NDIS sites, ad pixels need express opt-in.
Which platforms do you set up?
GA4 and Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta conversion tracking with the Conversions API. We also connect your CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, where it can receive events. We only add tags for platforms you use.
Will tracking slow the site down?
Tracking adds very little weight. Third-party scripts load after the page is usable, and server events add no weight in the browser. Core Web Vitals stay within budget.
What does conversion tracking cost?
We quote a fixed price after a free 15-minute call, with every line item listed. It covers either the audit and fix or the full setup, depending on what's on your site today and which platforms you use.
Is this the same as a CRO audit?
Tracking makes the numbers reliable, and a CRO audit then uses them to find where enquiries are lost. It usually makes sense to start here, because an audit on broken tracking is guesswork.
